Your new custom plugs will be hand carved with precision by one of expert craftsman.
Each member of our team is a piercer and/or body mod artist with studio and workshop experience, taking the highest of pride in their work.
For every order; we select only the best raw materials at each stage of the creation process.
This plug design features:
– A silky smooth, heavier and super rare RARE African Ebony base, polished to the ideal wearable surface
– and a gently convex, domed face that has been refined to a medium polish.
– A UV activated Aqua glow that is charged by the sun or any UV light and will glow brightly
– (Small UV LED light is included as a freebie for quick charge fun with your new plug – Pending stock availability)

UK) Domestic Shipping
– Services used : Royal Mail 2nd Class (FREE) OR Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£3.80)
– Estimated Delivery Times for 2nd Class ranges from 1 to 4 days, typically arriving 2 days after dispatch. Delays may occur around peak seasons, bank holidays and potential postal suspensions.
– Estimated delivery times for Tracked 24 are usually the next working day after dispatch.
– Tracking : Royal Mail 2nd Class is a Non-tracked service, however royal mail does electronically scan the parcel upon delivery for proof of delivery as of 2025.
– Royal Mail Tracked 24 is tracked throughout its journey and tracking information is provided with your dispatch notification (email from us) upon completion of your order.
– Please note that all deliveries are subject to potential delays and M99plugs have no control over the third party delivery service hired to complete the delivery.
Overseas Shipping
– Services used : Royal Mail Standard Mail & Royal Mail Tracked Shipping. (prices vary depending on location)
– Estimated Delivery Times are usually between 4-7 business days depending on location. Delays may occur around peak seasons, bank holidays and potential postal suspensions or random customs checks.
– Royal Mail Standard Mail – This is a non-tracked Service and does not offer compensation in case of any loss (this is a lower cost service which is successful 99.9% of the time but we will be unable to replace orders delivered with this service if lost in transit).
– Royal Mail Tracked Shipping – This service is monitored throughout its journey and tracking information is provided with your dispatch notification (via email) upon completion of your order.
– Please note that all deliveries are subject to potential delays and M99plugs have no control over the third party delivery service hired to complete the delivery.
Packaging & Other Information
– If your order is large and happens to exceed the postage weight class, we cover any additional costs, you will only pay the standard shipping fee.
– All orders are boxed securely in recyclable packaging.
– All custom plugs and M99plugs products are made in controlled conditions and packaged in heat sealed waterproof, airtight packaging.

Allergy and materials Info
All plugs made in the M99plugs workshop are made from either natural materials or materials that are deemed medically safe for use in body mod applications.
However, this does not mean that all materials are hypoallergenic. Each user should be aware of their own specific allergies if any, and any material needs to avoid potential reactions. To aid this, we have clearly listed the primary materials used for each item we make on each plug listing throughout our store.
Primarily we use natural hardwoods as our plug bases but we also use some 316s Steel on a few items. We also use natural stones, however these do not come into contact with skin and for the most part are considered hypoallergenic.
Additional materials info
To polish our wood plugs, we use Carnauba wax, known as the “Queen of Waxes,” is a hard, natural wax from the leaves of the Brazilian carnauba palm, used to add shine, hardness, and protection in products like cosmetics (lipstick, mascara), natural finish polishes, and even food coatings. It is generally considered hypoallergenic.
We also use our natural oil blend consisting of jojoba and almond oil in part of the polishing process.
The natural hardwoods we use to create our works are generally safe for the majority of our clients and we rarely hear of any reactions, however some woods ma be more likely to affect some than others. If you are unsure if a new material is okay for you to wear, we recommend testing it against the skin on our hand by using something to hold the material in place for a few hours, checking regularly.
As always, we wish everyone the very best of lobe health during their stretching journey. Should you encounter any reactional issues after wearing an new items of jewellery, remove them immediately and seek professional advise form our local piercing studio or General practitioner.
